Kreim Media Center
The Maronite Lebanese Missionaries Association is a religious association with a patriarchal right whose immediate goal is to deliver on the mission that it was founded on. Its sons (fathers and brothers) have been teaching since its foundation (in 1865 by Bishop John Habib) the Word of God and the Gospel of Christ, spreading the culture of life and preaching the heavenly kingdom.
This is what Article 22 of the Congregation’s Law provides:
“It is like honesty for our apostolic service, we need to keep up with our work in the field of science and technology. We use modern media of all kinds, as they have an important impact and interest to remain in our hands a valid tool that develops culture and experience and increases the feasibility and the comprehensiveness of our spiritual service”.
Hence, Kreim Media Center is considered the vehicle to deliver the message of the Association due to its important presence in the media, such as: Radio Voice of Charity and Charity TV. Through this center, people of the Association aspire to move forward utilizing the field of media, to keep abreast of its development as well as to use all available technologies in order to convey the voice of the Lord to every place at any time.
This work carried out by the association is unique in our Maronite Church it includes a gathering in one place, a monastery group (Deir Al-Kalima – Convent the Word) working to achieve the goals of the Apostolic Assembly through the word, sound, image and all social media, in order to communicate the Good News to the whole world through available technologies of our time.
